A Halloween celebration in Lancaster took a tragic turn early Saturday when a 19-year-old man was shot and killed outside a party. Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 100 block of West Avenue I around 12:45 a.m. after reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found the young man suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say a fight broke out at a nearby business hosting a
