Pearblossom, CA – The Sunshine Festival brought creativity and community spirit to the Pearblossom Community Center this weekend, transforming the space into a colorful gathering filled with art, music, food, and family activities.

Walking into the event, visitors were immediately greeted by bright murals covering the walls, setting the tone for a day centered around creativity and expression. On stage, a live band prepared to perform while rows of local vendors lined the center of the venue offering handmade crafts, artwork, and fresh-made beverages.

Families and children stayed busy throughout the festival with hands-on art projects spread across the event. Kids could be seen drawing and painting portraits on community walls, creating their own books, and painting handmade sculptures. The activities encouraged creativity while giving young artists a chance to showcase their imagination.

One of the festival’s biggest attractions was a large popcorn-themed installation inspired by popcorn chicken. The oversized interactive piece quickly became a favorite among children, who gathered around to spin and play on the installation throughout the day.

The smell of hot dogs from a nearby food cart filled the air as guests moved between vendors, art displays, and activity stations. Even with the warm weather, attendees found relief inside the air-conditioned student art gallery, which featured artwork from local students and provided a cool place to slow down and take in the exhibits.

From live entertainment to interactive art and local food, the Sunshine Festival created an atmosphere that brought the community together and offered something for all ages. Overall, the event delivered a fun and welcoming experience for families across the Antelope Valley.
